The upstairs mezzanine offers a queen size captains bed and overlooks the view to the harbour. Wake up and watch the dragon boats sail past.
Downstairs, the leather couch pulls out to a queen bed offering accommodations for a total of four guests.

The original building was erected in 1896 by Simon Leiser who built the structure to provision the gold rush. Recently headquarters for the Capital regional district, this award winning building was completely renovated in 2008 into live/work lofts and vacation rental suites.
